Millwall made a winning start under new boss Neil Harris as they claimed a stunning 2-1 away victory over Southampton on Saturday.
The result means the Saints have now lost three of their previous four league matches.
Russell Martin’s side will face Liverpool in midweek before their trip to the West Midlands to play against Birmingham, with the match available to watch via Championship live streams.
The St Mary’s Stadium encounter saw Millwall taking an early lead through Japhet Tanganga before Che Adams levelled the scores on 34 minutes.
But Zian Flemming fired home from the penalty spot just before the break to ensure they return with full points from Hampshire.
Neil Harris returned to Millwall as manager ahead of the Southampton match, replacing Joe Edwards in the dugout.
His side made an ideal start to the away encounter as Tangana delivered a breakthrough by heading home from George Saville’s fifth-minute free-kick.
The Lions came close to doubling their advantage but Danny McNamara’s effort went wide.
Southampton made a strong comeback as Che Adams rose highest to head Stuart Armstrong’s cross past the goalkeeper on 34 minutes.
However, Michael Obafemi’s shot was handled by Jan Bednarek and the referee awarded a penalty, which was easily converted by Flemming.
Russell Martin’s men created many scoring opportunities in the second-half but they lacked the end product to make it count.
Adams blazed over from close-range before Joe Rothwell forced a save from Matija Sarkic.
Substitute Adam Armstrong then found himself in a decent position but his header didn’t find the target.
In the end, Millwall held on for a comfortable 2-1 success, with Harris making an ideal start to life back in South East London.
