Swansea City are close to completing a double loan deal that will see Manchester City defender Joel Latibeaudiere and Brighton striker Viktor Gyökeres join the club according to journalist Adam Crawford.
Swansea are in need of firepower up top after the departure of loan striker Rhian Brewster of Liverpool who looks very unlikely to return to South Wales. Gyökeres will offer another option for Steve Cooper as Liam Cullen is the only recognised striker at the club.
Latibeaudiere will offer backup for Rodon, Guehi and Cabango, with Cooper set on a back 5 adding another centre half makes sense to add some competition.
Both deals should be completed next week.
