Swansea City are closing in on two new signings ahead of the new Championship season.
Korey Smith, formally of Norwich and more recently Bristol City is believed to be having a medical this afternoon.
Smith would slot into the midfield and give the young team a more experienced boost and much needed Championship experience.
The other new signing isn’t really a new one but Freddie Woodman is close to signing for a second season on loan from Newcastle.
Woodman won plaudits last year for his performances and very quickly became a fans favourite at the Liberty as he built a repetition for saving penalties.
With both players very close to being announced this is good news for Swansea.
